Refund Policy
Refunds can be made only if the registrant notifies Stacey Ladieu of the cancellation by September 7, 2022.
All funds will be reimbursed except for a cancellation fee of $25 USD.
The registration fees is $200 for society members and $300 for non-members*. It includes a 2 hours introductory general lecture and a series of minicourses. The assignment of mini courses is based on first come first served and several courses are currently sold out
Please note that this event does not have any virtual option.
*For the SOCIETY MEMBER rate, the membership must be valid through October 13, 2022
