I am happy to announce that our Support for Scientific Conferences grant proposal has been awarded by the National Institute of Health!!!
The award will allow us to establish a number of travel awards for students, early career women and underrepresented minorities. The travel awards will be selected based on scientific merit of peer-reviewed abstracts.
A big thank to Chuck Nelson, Pepe Dan, Martin Wolf, David Boas and Clare Elwell for all the help with writing the proposal, and to NINDS and NIBIB for supporting us!
